Simplify your Life!
I believe in keeping it simple. There are enough areas of our lives that demand our full attention – eating well and managing to fit in exercise shouldn't be a constant source of stress and added tension.
Three approaches to wellness
Eating healthy food is an important part of being healthy. But that is only part of the equation. I have worked as a Personal Chef for years, and many of my clients are very interested in learning about nutrition and how the healthy food I prepare for them works to help keep their bodies well-nourished.
This led me to become certified as a Nutritional Educator, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer; knowing that with this additional education I could truly help my clients come full circle with good health.
My philosophy for a healthy lifestyle
I believe that delicious meals thoughtfully prepared, sensible exercise and healthy-food knowledge are intertwined in creating an all-around healthy lifestyle. Your longevity and independence from most prescription medications depends on what you eat and how you treat your body – it's never too late to get on the right track to better health and positive feelings of accomplishment.
I'm a proud member of The Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty, a fourteen County-wide initiative dedicated to establishing links between local agricultural producers, wineries, and area restaurants and chefs, for promotion of the entire Finger Lakes Region in Central New York.
