During this very special evening, we celebrated the influence of gastronomic luminary, chef, teacher, author and television personality Jacques Pépin, who was instrumental in founding Boston University's Culinary Arts Certificate Program. We dined on favorite recipes spanning Pépin's career, The evening ended with the presentation of the Roger Deveau Memorial Outstanding Part-Time Faculty Award, which was awarded to Pépin in honor of his many contributions to Boston University.
