What can a Personal Fitness Trainer do for you?
My customized programs are designed for people who realize that health and wellness are not achieved by luck, they are conscious choices made on a daily basis.
By staying active and doing as many positive things for yourself, such as eating well and engaging in regular physical activity, you can live well and prescription-medicine free for a very long time.

What is the role of the Personal Fitness Trainer?
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I believe in a sensible and realistic approach to fitness and lifestyle. A 20-30 minute workout 3-4 times per week, and eating wholesome meals on a regular basis will put you on the path to weight reduction and high energy.
Consistency with your exercise program will make a real difference in how you look. Your overall food choices combined with a regular exercise program can help you shed unwanted pounds.
Finding a Fitness Program that's right for you
As we grow older our likelihood of just walking around the block, let alone running, diminishes. This happens for a number of good and some not-so-good reasons. I am always hearing that my friends, family and clients would exercise if they ‘had more time’. I'm not sure that means adding more hours to the clock or just restructuring slices of life to fit doable exercise in.
The key to developing and maintaining a consistent exercise program is to first, find something that you like to do that moves your body around – it could be dancing, swimming, roller-blading, playing baseball with the kids or cross-country skiing (my husband's favorite!). For me it is simple aerobic activity (jumping around).
The key is to make squeezing in an exercise program a priority – not the last thing on your to-do list.
