These menu items are just a small sample of the delicious entrees that I prepare for my clients. I am comfortable cooking any type of cuisine and my goal is to incorporate as many nutrients as possible into your food choices. Food nourishes both the body and soul!
I like to keep my cooking techniques simple. You won't find heavy cream sauces or deep-fried foods on my menu—it's just not my style. You can enjoy full-flavored, nutritionally-dense foods and never miss the high-calorie preparation techniques that seem to be everywhere these days.
